Russian Apple Cake (Tart)

Russian Apple Cake
3 ea eggs
1 c flour
1 c sugar
4 ea sour apples coarsed and peeled
1 tb baking powder
Recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and baking powder. Stir in flour and mix thoroughly. Slice apples.
Grease pie or tart pan with oil. Cover the bottom with apple slices. Pour over the dough. Bake in a well heated oven for about a half an hour.
When cake is ready, cool it down, take out of the pan.
Serve with tea.
