Yum-Yum Cake
List of Ingredients
2 C Flour
1 C Sugar
1 Small Can Evaporated Milk
1 C Nuts, chopped
1 C Coconut
1 t Vanilla
Recipe
Combine Flour, Sugar and Milk in saucepan; bring to boil & let boil 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake @ 350 until cake tests done.
Prick top of cake with knife.
Mix Nuts, Coconut and Vanilla together and spread over warm cake. Wrap in Saran Wrap and allow to sit for a few hours.
This is even more moist the next day.
