1 egg white
1 C brown sugar
1 1/2 C pecans or walnuts, chopped but still chunky
Recipe
Beat egg white till stiff. Add brown sugar slowly, beating to
dissolve, to make a glossy meringue. Fold in nuts. Drop by heaped
teaspoon onto greased oven tray. Bake at 250F for 30 minutes. Cool
on racks.
