Mexican Fudge
List of Ingredients
2 C sugar
3 T butter
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 C evaporated milk
1/2 C miniature marshmallows
1-1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2/3 C chopped pecans
1 t vanilla
Recipe
Combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt and evaporated milk in electric
skillet set at 280 degrees. Bring to boil and continue to boil while
stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes. Turn heat off, then add remaining
ingredients. Stir until smooth and melted. Pour into 8-inch buttered
pan. Will be thick. Cool and cut.
Makes about 2 pounds.
Note:
You can also add 1 t butter extract to this for added richness.
