Pudding Easter Eggs

List of Ingredients
1 stick (1/2 C) butter, melted
1/2 C milk
2 boxes regular pudding (not instant), any flavor
Recipe
Boil the above ingredients 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add 1 # powdered sugar and mix well.
You may also add 1 C peanut butter, coconut, nuts, or candied fruit.
Cool, then shape into eggs. Chill well. Coat with melted
chocolate*. You can decorate or roll into crushed nuts,
coconut, or colored sprinkles.
Keep in airtight containers.
* Melt choclate chips with 1 T corn syrup.
