List of Ingredients
2 C or more white or dark cooked Turkey, cut into chunks according to preference
4 to 6 C prepared Bread Stuffing, or equivalent in Bread cubes with your favorite Herb Mix
1/2 C Parsley
1 C chopped Onion
1 C chopped Celery
Pepper to taste
2 C Turkey Broth from the pan (tastes better if a little turkey fat is left in) or Chicken stock
1/2 stick Margarine (1/4 C)
Recipe
Mix stuffing, parsley, cooked turkey and broth in roasting pan. Top with onion, celery and the margarine cut into chunks. Bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, covered, in preheated 325* oven. Add more broth if necessary. The top should be crisp, the interior soft.
