Ham and Cabbage Rolls

List of Ingredients
4 slices Boiled Ham
2 T chopped Onion
2 T Butter
3 T Flour
1 1/2 C Milk
2 t Mustard
1/2 C shredded Swiss Cheese
2/3 C Bread Crumbs
2 C cooked Cabbage
Recipe
Spread 1/2 C cooked cabbage onto each ham slice. Roll up and
place in a casserole dish. In a skillet, saute onion in melted butter.
Add flour and stir until well blended. Add milk and mustard.
Cook until it comes to a boil. Stir in Swiss cheese, then pour over the ham. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375* for 25 - 30 minutes.
