List of Ingredients
Deli Ham
Swiss Cheese
Sandwich Bread
4 Eggs
1 C Milk
2 t Dijon Mustard
S&P, to taste
Recipe
Spray a 12x7" pan with PAM. Put a layer of deli ham, then a layer of swiss cheese, then a layer of sandwich bread, then a layer of ham, layer of cheese and another layer of bread and then another layer of swiss cheese on top of the bread. Mix up eggs, milk, Dijon mustard and S&P to taste. Pour this over the strata.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but not more than 24 hours.
Bake 20 minutes @ 350°F covered and then 25 minutes uncovered. You can broil for just a minute or two to brown the top.
