Sausage, Peppers and Potato Supper

Green Peppers, sliced
Hot or mild Italian Sausage, Sliced
Potatoes, sliced and sliced into discs
Canned Italian Plum Tomatoes, drained and cut in 1/2, Opt.*
Recipe
Put a layer of green peppers in an oven going pan. Then put in a layer of onions, then sausage links*. Top with a layer of potatoes. Cover with foil and bake @ 300 for 2 HRS. Remove foil last 1\2 HR.
* If adding Tomatoes, layer on top of sausage.
