Cheddar Fondue

Recipe Introduction
Serve with cauliflower florets, mini carrots, chunks of celery and a variety of breads that have been cut into bite size chunks.
List of Ingredients
4 oz Beer
1/2 t Chopped Garlic
1/8 t Dry Mustard Powder
Shredded Cheddar Cheese, to consistency
1/2 t Worcestershire SauceRecipe
Heat 1/2" water in bottom of a double boiler and bring to boil. Pour beer in the top of a double boiler (or use a fondue pot).
Stir in chopped garlic and dry mustard powder.
With a fork slowly stir in Cheddar cheese until it begins to melt.
Continue adding cheese and stirring until mixture has the consistency of warm honey.
Stir in Worcestershire Sauce until blended thoroughly. Reduce heat to low and dip with suggested foods.
