2 pkgs refrigerated Crescent Rolls
2 8 oz. pkgs Cream Cheese
1 C Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1 t Vanilla
1/2 C granulated Sugar
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 C or more chopped Pecans


Recipe



Bake in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk together. Spread one package of crescent rolls over the bottom of the baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the layer of crescent rolls. Now make another layer. Now top the cake with the pecans followed by sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool and then refrigerate.
