    Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

    2 1/4 C flour
    1/2 C baking cocoa
    1 t baking soda
    1/2 t salt
    1 C margarine
    3/4 C sugar
    1 t vanilla
    2 medium eggs
    12 oz semisweet chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
    Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in 375 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
    Makes 48 Cookies
