Chocolate Snowball Cookies
List of Ingredients
1 C Crushed chocolate Wafer cookie crumbs
1 C Confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
1/4 C Light corn syrup
2 T Chocolate malted milk powder
2 T Hersey's cocoa powder
1 T Vanilla
1/2 C Powdered sugar reserved for rolling
Recipe
Place all ingredients
(except reserved powdered sugar) in food processor and pulse until well
combined. Remove, wrap in saran wrap and place in refrigerator for 1/2
hour to chill.
Take small amounts and roll into 1 inch balls, roll
in powdered sugar,allow to air dry about 1 hour and store in air tight
container or jar.
May be mixed by hand also just takes a little
longer, be sure it is well mixed.
If desired 1/2 cup of finely
chopped nuts may be added to recipe, and or substitute 1 Tablespoon of
Rum for the vanilla to make rum balls.
