    2 1/4 C Flour
    1 t Baking powder
    1/2 t Cinnamon
    1/2 t Nutmeg
    1 1/4 C Sugar
    3/4 C Butter, softened
    1/2 C Eggnog
    1 t Vanilla extract
    2 large Egg Yolks
    1 T Nutmeg

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder,
    cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well with a wire whisk and set aside.
    Cream sugar and butter with a electric mixer until it forms a grainy
    paste. Add eggnog, vanilla and egg yolks and beat at medium speed
    until smooth. Add flour mixture and beat at low speed JUST until
    combined do not over mix. Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased
    cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake for 23 to
    25 minutes or until bottoms are light brown. Transfer to a flat surface
    to cool immediately.
