2 egg whites
1/4 t cream of tartar
1/4 C sugar
1 T cocoa powder
Recipe
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar with electric mixer until white and
glossy. Add sugar and cocoa and heat until stiff peaks form. Drop by
heaping teaspoons onto a brown paper lined baking sheet.
Bake 2 hours at 225 degrees. Turn off oven and leave meringues in 2 more
hours.
