1 box Yellow Cake Mix
3/4 C Butter
2 1/2 C quick Oats
12 oz Preserves or Jam
1 T Water

Recipe



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cake mix and oats in a mixing bowl.
Melt butter. Add to oat mixture and stir until crumbly. Press 3 cups of the mixture in the bottom of a greased 13x9 inch pan.  Combine preserves with water and stir until smooth. Spoon jam over the mixture and spread evenly.  Cover with remaining oat mixture. Pat firmly to make top even. Bake 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
