1 box Yellow Cake Mix
3/4 C Butter
2 1/2 C quick Oats
12 oz Preserves or Jam
1 T Water

Recipe



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cake mix and oats in a mixing bowl.
Melt butter. Add to oat mixture and stir until crumbly. Press 3 cups of the mixture in the bottom of a greased 13x9 inch pan.� Combine preserves with water and stir until smooth. Spoon jam over the mixture and spread evenly. �Cover with remaining oat mixture. Pat firmly to make top even. Bake 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
