    List of Ingredients




    1 C + 6 T all purpose Flour
    1 1/4 t Baking Powder
    1 t Cinnamon
    5 T Butter or Margarine
    1 C Brown Sugar, packed
    2 Eggs
    1 t Vanilla
    3 squares Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
    1/4 C granulated Sugar
    1/2 t Cinnamon

    Recipe



    1. Combine the flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
    2. In another bowl, beat together the butter and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in the eggs. Blend.
    3. Add vanilla and melted chocolate. Mix evenly.
    4. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix together. Form to a soft dough.
    5. Chill until dough can be handled. (Use the freezer for extra quick chilling.)
    6. Shape dough into balls, about 1 inch. Roll into remaining sugar and cinnamon.
    7. Place on greased cookie sheet.
    8. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool for a minute on pan before removing to rack to cool.

    Per serving: 90 calories; 3.8 g fat; 1.3 g protein; 13.8 g carbohydrates; 39 mg sodium.
