    Pineapple Drop Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 c Butter
    3/4 c Sugar
    1 ea Egg
    1/4 c Pineapple -- drained - crushed
    1 1/4 c Flour -- sifted
    Salt -- a pinch
    1/4 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Baking powder
    1/4 c Nut meats


    Recipe

    Cream butter and sugar, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well, drop by 1/2
    teaspoonsful 1 1/2" apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in at 375* F.
