Pork Chops w/Mushroom Sauce
List of Ingredients
8 Small Pork Chops (1" thick), trimmed of fat
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/8 t Sage
1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 T Dried Onion FlakesRecipe
Use pork trimmings to grease skillet. Over high heat, brown chops lightly on both sides. Season each chop and place in crockpot. Add Sage.
Pour undiluted Soup and and Onion Flakes into skillet and scrape up pan juices. Pour over Chops in crock.
Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
Serves 6-8
This makes a wonderful gravy and is great with Mashed Potatoes.
