Bonet
List of Ingredients
2 C Milk
4 Eggs
6 T Sugar, divided
2 T unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 C crumbled "Amaretti" cookies
2 T RumRecipe
Beat eggs in a bowl with 4 T sugar , cocoa powder , crumbled Amaretti , rum and milk . Put 2 T sugar in a skillet and let cook until golden brown . Put the caramel on the bottom of a flan mold and turn to coat the inside . Pour in the Bonet mixture and cook in boiling water (bain marie) in preheated oven (350 F) for 40 minutes . Let cool and remove from the mold . Keep in the refrigerator before serving . It can be garnished with whipped cream .
