Chocolate Tortilla Torte

12 oz. chocolate chips; melted
3 C sour cream
10 flour tortillas
1/4 C powdered sugar
raspberry jam
Recipe
Fold 2 C sour cream into melted chocolate chips. Cool slightly and spread 1/3 C each on 9 tortillas. Stack tortillas and top with remaining tortilla. Cover and chill 1 hour. Mix remaining 1 C sour cream with powdered sugar. Frost top and sides of torte with powdered sugar mixture. Gently cover and chill overnight.
To serve, cut into wedges. Garnish with dollop of raspberry jam and mint leaf.
