Crust:
1 C Self Rising Flour
4 Eggs
1 stick Margarine
1 C Water
Filling:
2 big boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding (or 3 small)
4 C Milk
1 8-oz Cream Cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
Recipe
Crust:
Bring water and margarine to boil. Remove from heat; add flour, stir well. Let cool to lukewarm. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each one.
Spread this mixture in a buttered glass baking dish (10" pie plate). Bake @ 400° for 25-35 minutes. (Bake until golden brown crust around sides of dish.)
Filling:
Mix pudding and milk together; add cream cheese. Pour into crust.
Refrigerate until set. Put Cool Whip on top.
Keep refrigerated.
