1 regular size package Sugar-Free and Fat Free Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 cups skim milk
2 cups lite or fat free Cool Whip
1 can Raspberry Pie Filling
Recipe
Mix pudding with skim milk on low until slightly thickened. Fold in the 2
cups of cool whip. Fold in about 2/3 of the can of raspberry pie filling.
Divide the pudding into little pudding cups, putting a small spoon of the
raspberry filling in the middle. Serve with a spoonful of cool whip on the
top. You can decorate with a small amount of chocolate shavings and a mint
leaf, if desired.
