    1/2 C sugar
    1 T unflavored gelatin
    1 dash salt
    1/4 C cocoa or carob powder
    2 1/2 C milk
    1 t vanilla

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients.
    Whisk in milk. Heat until all dissolves.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
    Pour into loaf pan, freeze 1-2 hours. Beat
    mixture to soften and pour into molds.

    NOTE: If you put it directly into molds, it sort of separates.
