6 canned whole Pears (or 12 halves)
Apple Jelly
Coarsely chopped Candied Ginger and/or Orange Peel
2 T Rum
Recipe
Lay pear halves on a piece of foil. Fill the centers with jelly and crystallized ginger or orange peel. Sprinkle with rum and wrap carefully cut side up in foil. Bake 10-15 minutes in 450 F oven.
Makes 6 servings.
