Pot au Creme
List of Ingredients
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. rum
3/4 C hot milk
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together in a glass bowl. Cook on high in microwave till the chips are melted. Chill in demitasse or custard cups. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
