Turkey-Spinach Pie

List of Ingredients

1 # Ground Turkey
1 # Mild Bulk Sausage
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Eggs, Beaten
10 oz Box Frozen Spinach, Thawed & Drained
3 C Grated (Shredded) Mozzarella
1 Single 9" Pie Crust, unbaked



Recipe

Fry turkey, sausage and onion. Drain. Combine with rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake @ 350 45 minutes.
Serve with a field green or Waldorf salad.
