15 to 20 fresh jalapenos
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 pkg of Ranch Dressing mix
1 lb bacon
Box of toothpicks
Recipe
Wear rubber gloves. Cut the ends off of jalepenos, and either core out the seeds, or cut in half and remove seeds. Rinse.
Mix half of the ranch dressing mix into a bowl with the cream cheese. Using a butter knife, stuff the peppers with the mixture. Wrap a half of piece of bacon around the pepper, and stick a toothpick thru it to hold.
Cook the peppers on the grill or broil in the oven until bacon is crisp.
