White Bread
Butter or Margaraine, softened or melted
Egg

Spray griddle with Vegetable spray.
Slather bread on both sides with butter; lay bread on griddle. Cut a 2" circle with a juice glass in each slice of bread. Place cut out bread circles next to bread slices. Turn heat on under griddle, then drop an egg into each hole.
When egg begins to set and bottom begins to brown, flip slices over and lightly brown other side, doing the same with the circles. Be careful not to overcook the egg.
Top each slice with the toasted bread circles.
