CHINESE-Sesame Balls
List of Ingredients
1 cup of flour
1 cup of self raising flour
¾ cup of sugar
¼ cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs
sesame seed
Recipe
Mix the sugar, the vegetable oil and the eggs together. Then, add in the flour. Knead into a big lump. Make small balls with the dough. Wet the balls a little bit, then cover them with sesame seeds. Heat the oil in a wok, then put the balls in and deep fry until golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
