    FINNISH-Chocolate Ice (Candy)

    List of Ingredients


    1 (6 oz) package semi-chocolate pieces
    3 tlbs. maragarine or butter
    1 egg
    1 tbls. grated orange peel

    Recipe


    Melt chocolate with margarine in top of double-
    boiler; cool slightly. Beat egg in small bowl
    with electric mixer. Slowly add chocolate and
    orange peel; Drop from tsp. onto buttered
    cookie sheet. Chill thoroughly until firm.
    Cut or break into pieces.
    Yield: 48 pieces..
