    ITALIAN-Pollo Carciofi

    List of Ingredients





    2 Boneless chicken breasts, split in half
    1-1/2 Teaspoons chopped garlic
    1/4 Teaspoon fresh basil
    1 Lemon, squeeze for juice
    1-1/2 Artichoke hearts, cut in quarters (6 pieces)
    1/4 Cup white wine
    1/2 Cup chicken broth
    1-1/2 Teaspoons chilled butter

    Recipe




    Pound the breasts, dust with flour and saute in olive oil until cooked through. To the pan, add all remaining ingredients, except the butter, and continue sauteing until the dish is heated thoroughly. When the sauce has reduced down, add the chilled butter whisking as you add it to prevent the sauce from separating. Heat through and serve.
    Serves 4
