    Grilled Lobster Tails

    List of Ingredients





    4 medium sized lobster tails
    White Wine Butter Sauce:
    1/2 C butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 C dry white wine
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Dash of salt
    White pepper

    Recipe





    Cook garlic over medium heat in butter 2 - 3 minutes Do not allow butter to brown. Whisk in lemon and wine.
    Rinse and dry each tail. Place shell side down on a cutting board. Cut in half lengthwise down the middle, through the shell. Marinate for an half hour in the butter sauce. Grill open over medium to hot fire with the flesh side down for five minutes. Turn flesh side up and cook three to five minutes more, until flesh is opaque and shells are bright red.
