Unbreaded Baked Crab Cakes

1 # fresh crabmeat
1 slice white bread
1 T Dijon mustard
1/4 C mayonnaise
1/4 t seafood seasoning (Old Bay)
1/8 t Worcestershire sauce
2 T dried chives, chopped
1/4 C lemon juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
Recipe
1. Gently pick crabmeat to remove shells. Put bread in food processor or blender to process to make fine crumbs.
2. mix the pulverized bread crumbs with the mustard/mayo/etc. mixture and then fold in the crab meat. mix mustard, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire, chives, lemon juice, and egg. Combine well. Gently fold in crabmeat, being careful not to break up lumps.
3. using an ice cream scoop, scoop out mounds of the mixture and place on a baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with Pam.
4. Bake at 350 degrees until set, heated through, and crab cakes have started to brown, about 15 minutes. Makes about 10 cakes, depending on the size of your ice cream scoop.
