Drying Fresh Herbs (2 Methods)
Microwave
Arrange fresh herb leaves on paper towels and place in the microwave with a glass of water. Cook on high for about 30 seconds, and repeat until the leaves are completely dry.
Air Drying
Tie bundles of mixed fresh herbs such as sage, parsley, mint, and thyme. Cover them with a light layer of cheesecloth to keep clean, and hang somewhere with good air flow until completely dry.
