Garlic Bubble Bread

List of Ingredients
1 # white bread dough
1/3 C garlic flavored oil or olive oil
1/3 C unsalted butter (or olive oil)
2 T fresh parsley, finely minced
2 T fresh garlic, finely minced
salt and pepper to taste (or seasoned salt)
1/2 C pieces or lumps of chevre (goat) cheese, opt.
OR
1/2 C parmesan cheese, grated, opt.
sesame seeds to garnish
Recipe
Spray a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Divide dough into pieces to form 1 to 2 inch balls. Set aside.
Whisk garlic oil and butter together. Dip dough balls in oil and butter mixture. Layer balls on each other, sprinkling in between with salt and pepper, and dotting or sprinkling with cheese. Top with sesame seeds, if desired. Insert entire pan into a plastic bag and let dough rise until doubled (about 45 minutes).
Preheat oven to 350*.
Remove loaf pan from plastic bag.
Place loaf pan on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake until golden and crusty (30 to 40 minutes). Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
Simply pull apart sections to serve.
