    1 # frozen white bread dough, thawed
    olive oil cooking spray
    1 t olive oil
    1 t crushed dried rosemary
    1 t kosher salt








    Recipe



    Cut the thawed dough into 6 equal pieces. On a lightly floured board, roll each piece into a 5" circle. Lightly coat three baking sheets with cooking spray. Place 2 circles of dough far apart on each baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
    Lightly cover with plastic wrap and let stand in a warm place until dough rises and appears puffy, about 20 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 475°F. Bake until puffed and golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
    (makes 6 breads)
