    All Purpose Dry Meat Rub*

    List of Ingredients


    2 tablespoons black pepper
    2 tablespoons paprika
    2 tablespoons onion powder
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon coarse salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground sage
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper



    Recipe


    Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks.
    Great with ribs, brisket, and chicken.
