    Gift Tag Instructions:
    To Make Chili:
Brown 1 lb ground Turkey (or Beef), 1 C Chopped Celery, 2 cloves Minced Garlic, 1 medium
Chopped Onion, in a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat; drain, if necessary. Add 1
(16 oz) can Pinto (or Kidney Beans), 1 (16 oz) can Diced Tomatoes, 1/2 minced jalepeno
pepper (add more if desired) and 1 pkg of Chili Seasoning Mix. Reduce heat and simmer 10
    minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Note:
I brown the turkey in a small amount of bacon fat or I sometimes add 1-2 strips snipped
bacon to the raw turkey. I almost always serve this with cooked elbow macaroni to make
    'Chili Mac'.
I top each bowlful with grated Cheddar. Also, great served with a pan of piping hot
    cornbread.
A bowl of this will surely warm anyones bones.
This makes a nice add-on gift along with a 2 qt. stainless stockpot for chili making.
