Turkey Chili
List of Ingredients
1 # ground turkey
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 T chili powder
1 t ground cumin
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t salt
pinch of sugar
Recipe
In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook turkey until
it is no longer pink; drain with large slotted spoon. Transfer meat to Crockpot.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours; stirring once after 2 hours.
Yield 8 cups
Serve over rice or pasta, if desired.
