Chocolate Pudding*

List of Ingredients

6 oz semi sweet Chocolate
3 C Milk
1 C Heavy Cream
1 C Sugar
1/2 C Flour
1 t Vanilla
3 Lg Egg Yolks


Recipe

Melt chocolate, set aside and keep warm.
Combine Milk, Cream, Sugar, Flour and Vanilla in saucepan. Beat with whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Bring to boil, 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Strain into a bowl. Stir in Yolks, one at a time, whisking after each addition. Fold in Chocolate.
Chill well.
Serve with Whipped Cream, if desired.
