one part alcohol
two parts water
ziploc bag

Recipe



Mix one part alcohol, and two parts water, pour into a ziploc bag and put in the freezer. The alcohol stops the water from freezing solid, it just gets cold and slushy. When you want to use it, take it from the freezer, wrap the ziploc bag in a towel or wash cloth to keep it from sweating, apply to the injured area and it will conform to the spot. When finished put it back in the freezer so it will be ready for use the next time
