    Cocoa Mocha Frosting

    List of Ingredients




    2- 2/3 C (1 package) confectioners’ sugar
    3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/3 C butter, softened
    1 T instant coffee
    2 T boiling water



    Recipe



    Sift together sugar and cocoa. Add butter and mix well. Dissolve coffee in water. Add to sugar mixture and stir until smooth. Use to frost the top and sides of a cake.
    (Try spreading strawberry or raspberry jam between the layers)!
    Enough for a standard 2-layer cake
