    1 6 oz package semipsweet chocolate chips
    1/3 C evaporated milk
    1 C confectioners' sugar

    Recipe



    Combine chocolate and milk in double-boiler top over hot water. Stir constantly until mixture is blended. Add sugar Gradually, stirring until smooth.
    Enough to frost an 8x8 inch cake.
