Simple Cream Cheese Frosting

List of Ingredients

2 packages (3 oz each) nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 C confectioner's sugar, sifted
1/2 t vanilla



Recipe


In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread on cool cake.

Makes frosting for the top of a 9x13 cake (20 servings).

This goes well with any Spice Cake or Carrot Cake.
