15 minute Chicken and Rice Dinner

List of Ingredients
1 T olive oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup (Lowfat/Low Salt)
1 soup can water or skim milk
2 C minute rice, uncooked
Recipe
In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Add chicken and cook 8 minutes or until browned.
Set chicken aside. Pour off any fat. Add soup, water,
paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and
top with chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
