1/4 C mandarin oranges (in juice)
1 (8 oz) container plain, low-fat yogurt
1/8 t vanilla extract
Recipe
Drain and rinse oranges and pat dry with a paper towel. Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into serving dish and eat with a spoon.
