Cook boneless Chicken Breast, cut into 1 inch pieces, in covered pot with 1
T butter substitute, salt and pepper to taste, until chicken is very tender.
Remove chicken and set aside. To same pot, add 1 can 98% fat free Cream of
Chicken Soup, 1 can 98% fat free Cream of Celery Soup and 1 chopped onion (or
equivalent dried onion flakes).
After this mixture has become smooth and at a rolling boil, add 2 C Minute
Rice.
Cover Pot and turn off heat. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes, remove lid, stir in
chicken and serve.Recipe
