    California Marinade

    List of Ingredients




    1 C oil (any brand)
    3/4 C soy sauce
    1 t ground black pepper
    1/2 C lemon juice (bottled or fresh)
    1/4 C mustard (spicy brown is best)
    1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
    3-4 cloves garlic (more or less to taste)

    Recipe



    Put everything in a blender. Process for at least 3 minutes.
    Pierce meat and pour sauce over it. Turn meat, pierce again and add more sauce on it. (The meat should be covered then with the balance of sauce.)
    Let marinate for a least a couple of hours (the longer the better). It's best do it a day ahead of time.
    Grill meat as usual, brushing with marinade occasionally.
