    Lime Marinade for Steak

    List of Ingredients




    1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
    1 lime, juice and grated rind (all)
    2 t oregano
    1 1/2 T olive oil
    1/2 t freshly ground pepper

    Recipe



    Place steak in heavy plastic bag. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over steak in bag. Seal and refrigerate overnight or all day.
